Experiments in Euro-Med Collaboration in Children’s Screen Media

“At a time of mass migration from the Arab Mediterranean to Europe, as in 2015, there is an urgent need for more audiovisual content that overcomes language barriers to put children from cultures north and south of the Mediterranean in touch with what they have in common.” This article considers the possibilities and challenges of sharing children’s content across borders with a focus on European and Mediterranean collaboration.
